The law firm of Puhl, Eastman & Thrasher provides a full
range of legal services to individuals and business clients in Adams
County and surrounding areas. We recognize that timeliness, responsiveness
and reasonable fees are just as important as legal expertise.
The firm was created on March 1, 1999, when Richard E. Thrasher
joined Edward G. Puhl and Harold A. Eastman, Jr. as a partner in
their practice at 16 Lincoln Square, Gettysburg. The firm is the
successor to Bigham & Puhl (previously Bigham & Raffensperger),
and Bulleit, Schultz & Thrasher. In June, 1999, Ross H. Pifer joined
the firm as an associate attorney. Edward B. Bulleit continues to
assist the firm in his capacity as "of counsel."
Needing room to expand, the partners purchased 220 Baltimore Street,
Gettysburg and moved the firm to that location in October, 1999.
